1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use gravity. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, comments, and other content you post. By posting on gravity, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content on the service so that it can function as a social platform.

You can delete your posts or your account at any time. When you delete an account, your content is removed from public view.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post hateful, discriminatory, or violent content.
• Post sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate material.
• Spam, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Impersonate other people or organizations.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to share.
• Break any law that applies to you or the service.

5. Reporting and moderation

gravity provides reporting tools so users can flag content that may violate these terms. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion. We do not guarantee a specific response time.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to gravity at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using gravity at any time by deleting your account.

7. Disclaimer

gravity is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or secure. To the extent permitted by law, gravity is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the service. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
